Zanussi

It was with great sadness that we said goodbye to Zanussi this week. It is silly to become so attached to a machine, but he was a real trier & thoroughly reliable, although he could be a little hot at times. He had a great spin & a tremendous stop, but his heart gave out in the end. He had a good innings though – nearly 16 years old. Zanussi will never be forgotten – he was a true appliance of science.
